Up to 3 connected fixes, with a live kickoff, staff training and a 30-day check-in.
Custom
$450 discovery
A live discovery session and a written plan, with the full $450 credited toward the build. Builds are about $150/hr, quoted up front, and include training and a check-in.
Optional care plans (only if you opt in, billed monthly): Starter care $179/mo · Growth care $449/mo · Custom care from $899/mo.
Payment: Half due at signing, half on delivery, on every tier. Custom builds: half of the quoted estimate at signing, the balance on delivery based on actual hours at the quoted rate. Care plans are billed monthly and not split.
Our fee covers our work. Any tools we recommend are paid for by you, directly to the provider. A live walkthrough for Quick Fix or Starter is available on request.

What is the AI Gap Check?
A free online form: 12 questions about how your business runs, about 5 minutes. Within 1 business day we email your AI Gap Map with the top 3 fixes, the exact tools, your estimated monthly tool cost, setup effort and hours saved per week. There is no obligation.
Who pays for the tools?
You do, directly to each provider. Every recommended tool is opened in your business’s name and billed to you. Our fee covers our work only; we don’t resell, pay for or mark up tools. Tool costs in your Gap Map are good-faith estimates, and providers set their own prices.
How long does it take?
The Gap Map arrives within 1 business day. Work is scheduled once the signing payment is received. Quick Fix and Starter are built for you: we set up and connect the tools, run a quick beta test and deliver it working with written instructions. Growth starts with a live kickoff and is built over a few sessions. Custom starts with a live discovery session; the written plan follows within 2 business days with the build order, timeline and price.
Do I have to meet with you?
Not for Quick Fix or Starter. They are done for you from your Gap Check answers, and support is by email. A live walkthrough is available on request. Growth and Custom include live sessions: a kickoff or discovery, training and a check-in.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Accounts are in your name and you can revoke our access at any time. We are never added as an owner or billing contact, and we don’t keep your logins after the work is done. If you stop working with us, nothing turns off.
How does payment work?
Half is due at signing to book the work and half on delivery, for every tier. For custom builds, half of the quoted estimate is due at signing and the balance on delivery, based on actual hours at the quoted rate.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Care plans are optional, billed monthly in advance and not split, with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime and it ends after the month you’ve paid for. Your tools keep running either way because you own them.
Do you build custom software?
Quick Fix, Starter and Growth use existing commercial tools. Custom software is only offered as a separately scoped Custom engagement, starting with paid discovery ($450, credited toward the build).
