What you share.

Launch signups save your email address, the date you joined, and your consent to receive Patrick Foundry product and app updates. We use this list for those updates. We do not sell your information.

Contact messages save your name, email, message, and submission date so Patrick Foundry can respond. Community responses save the name you choose to provide, your response, and whether you permit publication. Responses remain private unless you give permission.

Bid Alerts.

A Bid Alerts trial signup saves your email, name, company, optional phone number, and the trades, districts and counties you pick, so we can send your daily email. If you subscribe, PayPal processes the payment; we store the subscription ID, plan, status and the email it is matched to. We never see or store your card details.

Who can read it.

These submissions are stored in the website’s private database. Access to the saved list and messages is restricted to the verified Patrick Foundry owner account. They are not shown publicly.

Website activity.

We count page visits and clicks on product and channel links by day. These totals do not contain names, email addresses, browsing histories, or tracking cookies. This measurement respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Counts are activity totals, not unique visitor counts.

To limit form spam, the site temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from a request’s IP address for about one hour. The hosting provider may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices.

Joining the launch list is optional. Email updates include an unsubscribe link. Following the link opens a confirmation page; confirming stops future product and launch updates. You can also request removal, deletion, or ask about your information by emailing hello@patrickfoundry.com (or bids@patrickfoundry.com for Bid Alerts) with the address you used. Requests sent by email are handled manually.

Email delivery.

The website stores a subscription status and a private unsubscribe token. Welcome emails and private website notifications are queued until the email connection is enabled. Resend processes recipient addresses and the email content needed to deliver those messages. Contact notifications are sent privately to Patrick Foundry; community responses retain your publication permission.

Other services.

Product checkout and channel links open services such as Etsy, Payhip, PayPal, Printify, Lulu, and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply there. Patrick Foundry Daily stores your app preferences and favorites on your device; the current web preview does not accept subscription payments.
