Patrick Foundry Bid Alerts
Terms of service & data disclaimer
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Who we are
Patrick Foundry Bid Alerts (the “service”) is provided by Patrick Foundry LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 6625 Argyle Forest Blvd, Ste 4 #1029, Jacksonville, FL 32244. Contact: bids@patrickfoundry.com. By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these terms.
2. What the service is
A daily email summarizing public construction bid opportunities, filtered to the trades, districts and counties you choose. Today that means Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) lettings. Coverage of other agencies is added over time and is described on the coverage section of our site.
3. Official sources
Summaries are built only from information the owner agency posts publicly, such as FDOT letting pages, bid solicitation notices, bid items, addenda, plan-holder reports and preliminary results. Each summary links to its official source. We do not redistribute plans or bid documents, and we do not submit bids for you. Patrick Foundry LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by FDOT or any other agency.
4. Verify at the source
A summary is not the bid document. Agencies change dates, quantities and requirements by addendum, and summaries can contain errors or omissions. Fields the source does not state are shown as “not stated.” Before you bid, verify every detail, quantity, requirement, addendum and deadline at the official posting. You are responsible for your own bidding decisions.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Patrick Foundry LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and does not promise that every bid will be included or that every email will arrive on time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Patrick Foundry LLC is not liable for any lost bids, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
7. Trial, billing and cancellation
The free trial lasts 14 days (or the length stated in a written tester offer) and requires no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through PayPal. You may cancel any time from the billing link in your receipt or by emailing us. Your service continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
8. Refunds
We don’t give partial refunds for unused time. If you ask within the first 7 days of your first paid month, we’ll refund that first payment in full.
9. Your account and use
Each subscription is for one email address. Please don’t resell or republish the emails. You may share individual bids with your own team. You can change your trades and counties any time by replying to any email.
10. Privacy and email
We use your details only to run the service and contact you about it. We don’t sell them. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. See our privacy policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will email subscribers about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Disclaimer
Patrick Foundry Bid Alerts is a summary service. Each summary is built from public postings by the owner agency and links to that official source. Summaries can contain errors or go out of date when the owner issues an addendum, changes a date or cancels a letting. Always verify every detail, quantity, requirement, addendum and deadline at the official posting before you bid. Bids are submitted through the owner’s system, not through us. Patrick Foundry LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida Department of Transportation or any other agency, and is not responsible for decisions made from a summary. See the full terms and data disclaimer.
