If something you bought from Patrick Foundry doesn’t work or isn’t what the page described, tell us and we’ll make it right.

Bid Alerts.

The trial is free and needs no card. Paid plans can be cancelled any time; service continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time. If you ask within the first 7 days of your first paid month, we’ll refund that first payment in full. Details: Bid Alerts terms. Email bids@patrickfoundry.com.

Field Office kits (Payhip).

Kits are instant digital downloads. If a file won’t open, is missing, or doesn’t match the kit page, email kits@patrickfoundry.com with your order email. We’ll fix it or send a working file, and refund you if we can’t.

Digital guides (Etsy).

Guides are sold and delivered through Etsy, and Etsy’s purchase protections and our Etsy shop policies apply. If a download doesn’t work, message us on Etsy or email hello@patrickfoundry.com.

New Foreman Starter Kit (printed by Lulu).

Each kit is printed to order. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello@patrickfoundry.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund with Lulu.

Apparel (Printify).

Shirts are printed to order. For a damaged, defective or wrong item, email hello@patrickfoundry.com with your order number and photos.
